Job summary

A leading organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Corporate Accounting team in Philadelphia. This newly created role will report to the Director of Accounting and will oversee accounting operations, financial close activities, reporting, and process improvements across a complex organization.

The Accounting Manager will lead a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP requirements. The role will partner cross-functionally with business leaders while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated progressive accounting experience, including prior team management experience. A BS in Accounting is required, CPA preferred. Candidates with public accounting or complex corporate accounting backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
