Job summary

Maximus Partners, LLC is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting in Philadelphia. The role leads corporate accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and governs close processes.

You will mentor accounting managers and partner with executive leadership on critical reporting matters. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 12+ years in accounting/financial reporting, deep GAAP knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Experience leading managers and developing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
