Industry Leading Consumer Products client, with domestic and international operations, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all core accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and financial reporting. This role applies sound accounting principles and internal policies to resolve complex issues, maintain strong internal controls, and support the organization’s financial integrity and growth. Responsibilities

• Assist accounting team with the monthly financial close process, including review of account reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining accurate supporting analysis
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable financial systems, controls, and processes to support accurate forecasting and budgeting
• Inventory accounting including monthly warehouse adjustments
• Manage inventory accounting and balance sheet integrity, including annual and ongoing reconciliations
• Own prepaids and expenses related to costs
• SG&A analysis and expense analysis.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
• Coordinate external and internal audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting.
• 7+ years experience in a CPG or related company
• Current Big 4 or Large Public Accounting experience highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
