Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager in Miami to lead monthly close, prepare management reports, and drive financial accuracy in a fast-growing renewable energy environment.

You will manage reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness while partnering with executive leadership to implement improvements, automate processes, and optimize ERP and financial systems across multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with project accounting under ASC 360-10.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Manage account reconciliations, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and month-end close efficiencies.
• Support ERP optimization and financial systems administration.
• Assist with technical accounting, job costing, and multi-entity accounting activities.

Our Client, a rapidly growing renewable energy company in Miami, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while partnering closely with executive leadership.

This position will pay between $100-125K on a base salary, depending on experience and fit
