You will lead the monthly close, manage two staff Accountants, and drive process improvements with senior leadership to support a fast-growing multi-entity business. A CPA and multi-entity experience are highly valued.

The role offers $135,000-140,000 base plus 20% annual bonus, 100% medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match and clear progression toward a Controller position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA qualification preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting.
• Experience leading a small accounting team.

Are you an experienced Accounting professional looking to join a growing renewable energy company where you can play a key role in building and improving the finance function?

The role involves leading the monthly close process, managing two Staff Accountants, improving accounting processes, and partnering closely with senior leadership to support a fast-growing multi-entity business.

This would suit an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant with strong leadership skills, CPA qualification, and experience in multi-entity accounting looking to join a collaborative, high-growth business.

The Role:

• Lead the monthly financial close and reporting process
• Manage two direct reports and support the development of the finance team
• Drive process improvements, automation and accounting controls
• Partner with senior leadership on financial reporting, budgeting and ERP systems

The Person:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA qualified
• Experience in an energy, manufacturing, construction or similar industry
• NetSuite and/or Power BI experience
