Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead Corporate Accounting for North America. You will strengthen internal controls, manage reporting accuracy and drive improvements across the ERP landscape.

You’ll coach Supervisors, oversee cost accounting, leases and fixed assets, and partner with leadership to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives. On-site role at Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA designation with 5+ years of Accounting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems a plus.
