Mount Pisgah Christian School is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the end-to-end close and internal financial reporting. You will work with the CFO and finance team to ensure timely and accurate GAAP-based reports and analysis.
The role requires a CPA or progress toward CPA, 8–10 years in accounting/finance, and strong Excel with familiarity in nonprofit systems; cross-functional collaboration is essential in our small team environment.

Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Manager is responsible for the end-to-end accounting close and internal financial reporting for the school. Working closely with the CFO and other members of the finance team, this person will ensure that financials are reported timely, accurately, and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP). This person will be the lead on performing monthly financial analysis and coordinating review meetings with division heads.
