LMC Landscape Partner is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, and team development for our Houston-based partner. This in-office, full-time role reports to the Director of Accounting and offers a clear path to leadership within a growing organization.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, accrual accounting, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/accounting system experience required
• Ability to travel to branch locations throughout our Houston market
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow visibility, and operational financial review

LMC Landscape Partner is searching for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, and team development for our Houston-based partner. This role partners closely with operational leadership to ensure accurate financials, process consistency, and strong business support across a fast-paced environment. Our Accounting Manager is a full-time, in-office position Mon-Fri, reporting to our Director of Accounting. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing senior accountant ready to take the next step into leadership and build a long-term career with a growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, accruals, and month-end close

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is ideal
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, accrual accounting, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/accounting system experience required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to travel to branch locations throughout our Houston market
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
