We prioritize employee growth and work/life balance. We are seeking a skilled, energetic, and focused Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure accuracy of financial data, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist with project accounting, including budget management, indirect cost allocation, and reporting.
• Manage timesheet collection and validation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, internal reports, and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulations.
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Run payroll via ADP.
• Generate monthly invoices.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in government contracting, nonprofit, or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Unanet software and ADP preferred; knowledge of DCAA accounting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

• Location: Remote, except in CA, CO, NJ, NY; local to WV preferred.
• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday
• Physical requirements: Ability to remain stationary and operate office equipment.
• Travel: None required.
