Treehouse Foods PB LLC is hiring an Accounting Manager who brings consistency, accuracy, and a strong work ethic to our growing financial operations. This is a remote-first role, with availability to travel to meet in person 1-2 times per month to corporate office locations or store market locations. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the accounting department staff including an AP Clerk and growing staff accounting team as the franchisee continues to grow.

About TreeHouse Foods PB LLC: Treehouse Foods is a high-growth, multi-location operator of franchise retail bakeries across 6 states. The company currently owns 20 retail bakery locations and continues to develop & acquire new locations with the Franchise. Our company lends direct support to each bakery location through corporate accounting, development, and financial reporting. Founded in 2024 and based in South Florida, we are a team of 300+ employees with a strong passion for hospitality and business development! Bakeries are located in Cincinnati OH, Cleveland OH, South Bend IN, Winston-Salem NC, and other markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations of 20 stores, delegating transactional and payables activities within the department
• Support consolidated reporting requirements of Treehouse Foods and subsidiaries
• Analyze and forecast profit metrics of Treehouse Foods and subsidiaries
• Manage vendor communications and master-billing accounts in tandem with Accounts Payable to properly accrue costs on a per-location basis
• Oversee cash management, coordinating daily cash reporting & treasury management activities to ensure adequate working capital
• Manage a small internal team, including a corporate Accounts Payable Associate
• Prepare and publish local & consolidated financials for internal and external use, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with landlord requirements for sales reporting, etc.
• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise confidently for accounting tasks and reporting, managing journals & General Ledgers, with potential growth into further automation of the accounting function where applicable
• Monitor data from Toast POS, Tableau, and reconcile between POS, QBE, and reporting analyses for accuracy
• Support and work directly with finance and operations leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Current experience as an Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or Senior Associate with CAAS or internal accounting experience preferred
• CPA license preferred but not required (Employer willing to assist with meeting CPA requirements)
• 3-5 Years Prior experience as a Senior Associate required, preferably in public accounting and/or industry corporate accounting roles
• Strong accounting background (GAAP, US Tax Basis, month-end closing procedures)
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise and integrative tools
• Familiarity with cash flow forecasting, bank and account reconciliations, establishing & monitoring internal controls
• Self-starter who can multi-task and follow through across work streams
• High sense of urgency and efficiency
• Comfortable with accruals, deferrals, balance sheet reconciliations & related sub-ledger tracking
• Willing to travel 1-2x a month to encourage work collaboration & support onsite accounting inquiries
