Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, cash reconciliation, and timely financial reporting for the site. This role offers direct access to executive decision-makers and a pivotal handover during post-acquisition integration.

You will document processes, support ad hoc reporting for sales and management, and ensure data integrity across entities with a focus on accuracy and operational finance excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in distribution/manufacturing or similar environments.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) with ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong ability to document procedures and communicate clearly in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, cash reconciliation, and deliver timely/accurate financials for the site.
• Document procedures and drive knowledge transfer to internal team for a seamless leadership transition.
• Support ad hoc financial reporting and inquiries for sales, customer service, and management.
• Reconcile inventory and sales figures across entities to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain operational finance excellence with a strong focus on details and process visibility.
