• Manage annual processes including 1099 filings, budget input, audit request coordination, and CAM/real estate tax escalation calculations

The role combines hands‑on review of financial packages, cash flow activity, and bank reconciliations with day‑to‑day leadership, training, and scheduling of the accounting team. The Accounting Manager also partners with a Property Controller to ensure accurate, timely reporting and serves as a key point of contact for client requests and questions.
