SEEKING ACCOUNTING MANAGER

$125K-$145K Plus Bonus!

Senior Management is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting of portfolio, including financial statements, general ledger, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and budgeting and expense management processes. Establish corporate budget and P&L variance review.
• Review asset level financial statements, assist asset management.
• Work with third party property management and asset management.
• Oversee disposed assets and work with asset management to close out accounting and final tax package.
• Review contribution and distribution calculations.
• Work with project management and asset management to ensure draws are submitted in a timely manner.
• Review CAM and Tax and Insurance reconciliations.
• Tax familiarity with 1031 exchanges, TIC, K-1's and real estate partnerships, waterfalls, etc...
• Review monthly and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
• 5+ years of experience.
• CPA preferred.
