Job description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee critical accounting operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a strong technical accounting background, leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Review key reconciliations, rollforwards, and general ledger activities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and company policies
• Perform analytical reviews of financial results and investigate variances
• Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain and improve documentation of accounting procedures and controls
• Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce close timelines
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in Big 4 and/or public companies (Tech industry preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• CPA certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with BlackLine
