SOL Mental Health is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, procurement, and month-end close activities. You will collaborate with leadership, clinicians, practice teams, and vendors to keep financial operations accurate and aligned with our mission.
You will lead close processes, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

As the Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting, procurement, and month-end close activities while partnering with leadership, clinicians, practice teams, and vendors. You’ll play an important role in keeping our financial operations accurate, efficient, and aligned with SOL’s mission and values.
Compensation | The estimated base salary for this role is $90,000–$100,000 annually, with additional bonus potential.
This position is hybrid - being mostly remote but with the ability to go into the corporate office in Cherry Creek occasionally.
