Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Colorado Springs is hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close. You’ll partner with leadership, clinicians, and vendors to keep financial operations accurate and aligned with our mission.

You’ll lead month-end processes, manage payroll, intercompany activity, and assist with budgeting and tax filings, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid environment (office visits in Cherry

  • Payroll accounting, reconciliations, benefits, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, accruals, intercompany activity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Oversee payroll accounting, bank and credit card reconciliations, benefits, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, accruals, and intercompany activity.
  • Oversee expense management, invoice approvals, procurement, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financials and support P&L and Board reporting.
  • Support tax filings, audits, and year-end reporting and budgeting.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations leaders across SOL’s markets to improve processes and support growth.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and outsourced partners.
  • Provide Finance leadership support as needed.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, proactive, and positive team culture.

Accounting Manager at SOL....

As theAccounting Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting, procurement, and month-end close activities while partnering with leadership, clinicians, practice teams, and vendors. What You’ll Do

  • Experience with systems such as Sage Intacct, Paylocity, SAP Concur, or similar platforms

Compensation

The estimated base salary for this role is $90,000–$100,000 annually, with additional bonus potential.

This position is hybrid - being mostly remote but with the ability to go into the corporate office in Cherry Creek occasionally.
