Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

C Staff Placement is proud to partner with a rapidly growing food manufacturing company in search of a highly skilled and detail-driven Accounting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to lead and enhance the financial functions of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including AR/AP, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax agencies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational decisions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to monitor costs and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or related industry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP systems).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
