Job summary

Fairview Search Group, LLC is conducting an exclusive search for an Accounting Manager for a fast-growing subsidiary located in South Charlotte. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in office and flexible options to accommodate a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree a plus.
• Experience reviewing complex accounting work, financial schedules, and close processes.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close, balance-sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 and accounting for capitalized software development costs.
• Experience performing or reviewing SOX controls and supporting internal or external audits.
• Software, SaaS, healthcare technology, subscription, multi-entity, or public accounting experience preferred.
