J2T Recruiting seeks an Accounting Manager in Centennial, CO to drive accurate financial processes with a focus on contract accounting, rebates, and internal controls. You will lead a small accounting team and partner with operations and finance to support key initiatives and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 4+ years of corporate accounting experience to Senior or Manager/great opportunity for a Senior to make the leap.
• Large company experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated career progression through multiple promotions based on performance.
• High proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and working with large data sets.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical aptitude needed.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience a plus/ideally training and coaching.

• Maintain SOX controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and documentation

Why this job – ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

The Accounting Manager drives accurate and consistent financial processes with a strong focus on supplier and customer contract accounting. This role evaluates contract terms tied to customer payments and supplier reimbursements, develops value-added financial reporting, identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures compliance with corporate accounting policies. The Accounting Manager also leads and develops a small accounting team, drives process improvements, and partners cross-functionally to support key initiatives and business priorities. What You'll Actually Do:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

Where and How Much:

• Willingness to work onsite during onboarding (90 days), then four days per week in the DTC office, 1 day at home/strong flexibility
