Accounting Manager

LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager for a direct hire role with a growing, privately held manufacturing company with around 500 employees. This newly created role is onsite in Bristol, PA. It offers a great opportunity to join a stable company with excellent work/life balance and significant growth potential.

Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred.

Overview:

You have a progressive background in accounting and a solid understanding of GAAP.

You will perform and assist with all daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions – including month/year-end closings, annual audit prep, and special projects as assigned. You will assist with managing the annual budget, including forecasting and P&L.

Experience with cost accounting functions is vital to this position.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in manufacturing preferred,
• Experience with cost accounting is a plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ERP System experience
• Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus
