Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience.
  • Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting processes.
  • Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/accounting platforms.
  • Experience with multi-entity environments, projects, or reporting structures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reconciliations, reporting schedules, formulas, and variance analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and accurate accounting records across multiple entities and activities.
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and prepare financial statements.
  • Coordinate with external CPAs, auditors, banks, attorneys, and service providers.
  • Support audit, tax, lender, and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Develop and improve accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls.
