Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Allentown, PA seeks an Accounting Manager, Americas, to lead the U.S. accounting function and supervise the in‑country teams in Mexico and Brazil. You will ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closes, maintain US GAAP compliance, and support the annual external audit.

This role drives process improvements, supports budgeting and forecasting with the business finance team, mentors accounting staff, and coordinates with shared services and external providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience supporting external audits with Big Four accounting firms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the United States legal entity.
• Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the Mexico and Brazil legal entities with the in‑country accounting team.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and the company’s accounting policies.
• Support the annual external audit process across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the business finance team to support variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing coaching and performance development.
