Job summary

Fuller Technologies, a long-standing cement industry solutions provider based in Allentown, seeks an Accounting Manager, Americas to lead US accounting and supervise Mexico and Brazil accounting teams.

You will manage monthly and year-end closes, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, support external audits, mentor staff, and drive automation with shared services. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 4–6+ years experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–6+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience supporting external audits with Big Four firms.
• ERP familiarity: Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

This role ensures timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supports the annual external audit process. The manager partners with shared services, finance, tax, FP&A, and business leaders to support process improvement for the Americas accounting activities.**Your Responsibilities :*** Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the United States legal entity* Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the Mexico and Brazil legal entities with the in-country accounting team* Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and completeness* Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and the Company’s accounting policies* Support the annual external audit process across multiple jurisdictions* Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner* Collaborate with the business finance team to support its variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities* Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across accounting functions* Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing coaching and performance development* Coordinate with shared service centers and outsourced accounting providers where applicable**You bring*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance* 4-6+ years of corporate accounting experience* Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP* Experience supporting external audits with Big Four accounting firms* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics* Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills* Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
