Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group's American Fork Ford & Chevrolet dealership is seeking an Entry-Level Accounting Inventory Clerk to support the office staff, assist with paperwork, and verify document accuracy in a busy dealership environment.

We offer paid training, real career growth, and a competitive compensation package starting at $17-$19 per hour, plus a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dealership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products highly preferred.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the office staff as needed.
• Assist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office Manager.
• Verifying the accuracy of documents.
• Preparing and mailing accounts payable checks.
• Other accounting duties as assigned.
• Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor.
