Job summary

Lansing - W Saginaw Hwy is offering an Accounting Intern position in Hartford, CT. The role introduces you to our Business Management Training program and prepares you to become a Business Manager of a financial operation.

You will gain exposure to basic accounting procedures—from accounts payable/receivable to financial statement analysis—while working full-time this Summer 2027. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based promotions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Finance with anticipated graduation between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during the internship period (May 19/25, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis

• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
