Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana is seeking a Steward for the upcoming Winter season. This seasonal, full-time role supports Food & Beverage operations by washing dishes, assisting with basic food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Qualified candidates have at least three months of experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. The position offers on-site benefits including meals, ski days, housing discounts, a 401k plan, and more.

Responsibilities

• Follow F&B standard operating procedures.
• Wet dishware and cooking equipment by machine or hand.
• Maintain clean kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Sweep and scrub floors.
• Load/unload trucks delivering supplies.
• Receive and stock supplies, rotate perishables.
• Assist with basic food preparation and serving as needed.
• Prepare place settings and set banquet tables.

Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Steward for the upcoming Winter season!

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for following all F&B standard operating procedures,
• Washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand,
• Maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition,
• Sweeping and scrubbing floors,
• Loading/unloading trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies,
• Receiving and stocking supplies, storing perishables, and rotating stock,
• Assisting with basic food preparation and serving as needed,
• Preparing place settings, and setting banquet tables.

Position Requirements:

• Three (3) months of experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club is required.
