Yellowstone Club is seeking a Steward for the upcoming Winter season in Big Sky, Montana. This seasonal, full-time role supports Food & Beverage operations with dishwashing, basic food prep, and service tasks to ensure smooth kitchen and banquet activities.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 months of experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. A pre-employment background check is required; position is located in Gallatin/Madison counties, MT.

• The physical demands described include bending, reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all F&B standard operating procedures.
• Wash dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition.
• Sweep and scrub floors.
• Load/unload trucks delivering or picking up food and supplies.
• Receive and stock supplies, store perishables, and rotate stock.
• Assist with basic food preparation and serving as needed.
• Prepare place settings and set banquet tables.

Yellowstone Club's Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Steward for the upcoming Winter season!

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for following all F&B standard operating procedures,
• Washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand,
• Maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition,
• Sweeping and scrubbing floors,
• Loading/unloading trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies,
• Receiving and stocking supplies, storing perishables, and rotating stock,
• Assisting with basic food preparation and serving as needed,
• Preparing place settings, and setting banquet tables.

Position Requirements:

• Three (3) months of experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club is required.

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana. All worksites are located in Gallatin County or Madison County in Montana as Yellowstone Club crosses both county lines.
