Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering an Accounting Intern position at our Administrative Headquarters in Linthicum, MD. The role introduces you to our Business Management Training program and prepares you to manage a financial operation within the organization.

The internship requires a Bachelor's student in Accounting or Finance, senior or rising senior graduating between August 2027 and May 2028, and 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an Accounting or Finance major.
• Senior or rising senior, graduating August 2027 to May 2028.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for one year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and other duties.
• Involved with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing; perform miscellaneous administrative duties.

We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree Program with an expected graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

• Must be a college student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an Accounting or Finance Major.
• Must be a senior or rising senior, graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for one year
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futur
• Must be able to start end of May 2027
• Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week.
• Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.
• Must be living within a 1 hour commute of Linthicum, MD for the summer of 2027
