Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Intern to support general accounting tasks across the Americas Finance organization, including month-end closings, reconciliations, and internal reporting.

The role provides exposure to SAP, Excel, and other MS Office tools, with training and hands-on experience across GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, and management reporting, under the guidance of the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal-entry support, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and research differences related to invoices, payments, foreign currency, royalties, commissions, and other transactions.
• Use SAP and Excel to prepare reports, analyze financial data, investigate discrepancies, and identify reconciling items.
• Help improve accounting processes, reports, reconciliations, and documentation.
