Kao USA, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Intern/Co-op to join the Accounting & Finance team in the Americas region, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. You will support general accounting, AP/AR, cost accounting, and other finance tasks, performing entries, reconciliations, and report generation within SAP.

The role involves filing, data entry, and collaborating across Kao affiliates. Requires ongoing Accounting/Finance studies and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing an Accounting/Finance degree with at least 2 years completed.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• SAP or other accounting system experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support General Accounting tasks including bank and account reconciliations.
• Process journal entries and maintain SAP master data.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks and vendor invoicing.
• Prepare and generate financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliations and payment postings.
• Collaborate with internal departments and Kao affiliates as needed.
