Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance (or equivalent).

• Strong Excel skills and GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Record inter‑company transactions and reconciliations.
• Roll over month-end work papers and financial statements.
• Assist with payroll reporting and payroll related tasks.
• Prepare weekly analysis reports using company software data.
• Enter and pay various payables; support accounts payable processes.
• Follow GAAP and accounting procedures across the organization.
• Assist with periodic reviews, audits and compliance activities.
