Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Record inter‑company transactions and reconciliations.
• Roll over month-end work papers and financial statements.
• Assist with payroll reporting and payroll related tasks.
• Prepare weekly analysis reports using company software data.
• Enter and pay various payables; support accounts payable processes.
• Follow GAAP and accounting procedures across the organization.
• Assist with periodic reviews, audits and compliance activities.

Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Records inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Rolls over month end work papers and financial statements.
• Assists with payroll reporting and provides support to the payroll team on other payroll related tasks.
• Prepares weekly analysis reports using data from the companys software systems.
• Assists with entering and paying various payables.
• Follows the company accounting procedures and understands and conforms to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Assists with periodic reviews, audits and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with firm attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Flexible, action-oriented team player.
• Able to effectively work with various populations from executives, senior leaders, management, and staff.

Education/Licensure:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalency preferred.
• One to two years of accounting experience preferred.
