Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations for various bank accounts.
• Assist with fixed asset and leasing processes.
• Support month-end close activities, including basic reconciliations and data validation.
• Assist with audit support and internal controls administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts Payable, Project Accounting) to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Help track and reconcile various data points as needed.
• Participate in identifying and documenting process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in building and maintaining process flows, job aids and process documentation.
