Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Intern to assist with day‑to‑day accounting functions in a manufacturing environment. The intern will support month‑end close procedures and complete assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling sub‑ledgers to general ledger account balances.
• Assisting with maintaining and reconciling fixed assets and preparing associated reports.
• Supporting the quarterly and annual audit process and preparing necessary schedules, reconciliations and analyses.
• Assisting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with daily processes and selected month‑end activities.
• Assisting HCP compliance specialist with data retrieval, reporting and filing.
• Assisting with internal audit control testing (J‑SOX compliance).
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assisting with special projects.
• Assisting with SAP ERP implementation.
