Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits.
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours/week) May–Aug 2027.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly fixed asset accounting activities (additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation).
• Support asset verification projects and fixed asset audits.
• Support intercompany accounting processes (recording and reconciling).
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Analyze financial data and identify process improvements.
• Assist with special projects, reporting requests and ad hoc analyses.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
