Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an Accounting Intern to gain hands-on training in real-world financial management. The program prepares you to supervise a financial operation alongside marketing and operations teams. In-person work is at 11 Northway Ln N, Latham, NY, with up to 25 hours per week from 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday.

The starting pay is $22 per hour, with merit increases based on performance. You will be exposed to accounts payable/receivable, financial statement prep, and routine analysis

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time for upcoming semester in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Finance graduating by May 2027.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

This internship is located in-person at 11 Northway Ln N, Latham, NY 12110. Interns must be available to work up to 25 hours (part time) during the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

The starting rate of pay is $22 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
