Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Records inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Rolls over month end work papers and financial statements.
• Assists with payroll reporting and payroll related tasks.
• Prepares weekly analysis reports using data from the company’s software systems.
• Assists with entering and paying various payables.
• Follows GAAP and supports periodic reviews, audits and compliance activities.
