Job summary

Gold Medal Bakery is offering an Accounting Intern position in Fall River, MA. You will support our Finance team with real-world accounting tasks while applying your classroom knowledge.

Expect to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with at least 4 hours on Tuesdays. The ideal candidate is a junior or senior pursuing Accounting or Finance with a 3.0 GPA or higher, proficient in Microsoft Office, and detail‑oriented. Prior office experience is a plus.

• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Junior or senior Accounting students preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.

You'll also develop valuable skills in accuracy, organization, analysis, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Junior or senior Accounting students preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
• Prior office experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be available for at least 4 hours on Tuesdays
• Schedule determined by the Supervisor
