True Oil LLC is seeking an on-site Accounting Associate in Casper, Wyoming. Join a growing accounting team within a broader family of companies under True Companies, offering opportunities to work across dynamic, oil and gas-related operations.

You will perform reconciliations, record entries, and prepare routine reports while ensuring controls are followed and documentation is complete. An associate degree and 0–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree in accounting and 0–2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge; debits and credits.
• Ability to read professional documents (invoices, financial statements, emails).
• Ability to correspond in an informative and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Eighty-Eight Oil LLC.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Record transactional accounting entries.
• Prepare routine reports, e.g., sales tax.
• Verify that controls and processes have been followed.
• Ensure all entries are adequately supported, per procedures.
• Work with operations and other stakeholders to problem solve.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
