Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Business Development Manager in Indianapolis to drive sales in Accounting and Finance talent solutions. You will build client relationships, work with recruiters, and plan and execute projects with stakeholders to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in B2B sales and/or Accounting/Finance.
• Advanced experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target list and develop client relationships.
• Prospect via calls, emails, social media, and meetings to generate opportunities.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage intake to fulfillment for new and open job orders.
• Log activity and plan daily actions in Bullhorn.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across lines of business.
