Job summary

Green Key Resources is expanding our Accounting & Finance recruitment team with a hybrid schedule in New York City, Melville on Long Island, or Morristown, NJ. We are seeking 3-4 motivated recruiters with 2-5+ years of experience hiring in accounting & finance or related professional experience.

Join a collaborative, high-performing team and manage full-cycle recruiting from staff to CFO level, building strong pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to deliver qualified talent quickly.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of recruiting experience in A&F, or similar professional experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced desk with multiple open requisitions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal partners.
• A proactive, resourceful recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work hybrid in New York City or Melville/Long Island office (2-4 days onsite).

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for A&F roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across Accounting and Finance (Staff to CFO level)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent quickly
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database
• Provide a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Track activity, pipeline metrics, and performance goals to support team success
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation insights, and competitive activity within the A&F space

We’re looking for 3-4 motivated recruiter with 2-5+ years of experience hiring within accounting & finance, or related professional experience. This is a hybrid position (2-4 days/week onsite) working with a collaborative, high-performing team.
