Job summary

Green Key Resources is expanding our Accounting & Finance recruiting team in New York City and Melville, offering a hybrid work option. We seek 3-4 recruiters with 4-8+ years in A&F recruitment, ideally with agency background, to manage full-cycle hiring from staff to CFO level.

You will partner with hiring managers, source via LinkedIn and other channels, and maintain strong candidate experiences while hitting performance metrics in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of recruiting experience in A&F, agency experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced desk with multiple open requisitions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and partners.
• Hybrid work option in NYC or Melville/Long Island (2-4 days onsite) if local.
