CFS is seeking a full-desk Executive Recruiter in Houston to drive new business, recruit accounting and finance talent, and match professionals with opportunities. You will build lasting relationships with decision makers and hiring managers across multiple industries.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with uncapped commission and an expected first-year OTE of $65,000–$80,000. Hybrid work flexibility and ESOP equity are included.

• Compensation: Base salary $50,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission. Average year 1 OTE $65,000 - $80,000. Year 2 and beyond $80,000 - 100,000+.
