Honeywell Aerospace offers a top-tier Future Finance Leader Program for Accounting and Finance graduates. You will participate in three 18-month development rotations across Honeywell’s Finance organization, gaining exposure to Business Finance, Analysis, Controllership, Data Analytics, and more.

The program includes formal training, coaching and mentoring, with opportunities to work across multiple business lines and prepare for a career in corporate finance at Honeywell.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA).
• Graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027 and available to begin full-time between January 2027 and July 2027.
• Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program.
• U.S. export control compliance: candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 18-month development rotations across Honeywell’s Finance organization (Business Finance, Business Analysis, Controllership, Data Analytics, Finance Specialists).
• Rotate across multiple finance disciplines to build financial acumen and business knowledge.
• Receive formal training opportunities, coaching, mentoring and networking to support professional development.
