Compensation Range: $81,453 to $101,817, based on experience.

Job Objective
This position is responsible for the administration of and training on the Central Territory’s Financial Systems platform. This position will initiate and review all financial systems compliance requirements.

System Administration And Compliance
- System Administrator for Financial Systems
- Set up user roles
- Set up user access
- Monitor user assignments and access
- Contact with VAR for financial system high-level troubleshooting
- Implement in conjunction with THQ Finance COA changes and updates
- Create and collaborate with end users various financial reports utilizing 3rd party report writer
- Coordinate all Financial System upgrade cycles
- Coordinate upgrade sign-off of technical changes from SMEs
- Run fiscal and calendar year-end reports
- Prepare financial system security reports
- Review of financial systems compliance documents. Report anomalies to the Director of Business Systems Compliance
- Assist Director of Business Systems Compliance with annual Business Systems/IT audit
- Prepare annual Business Systems/IT audit financial systems PBC schedules
- Maintain with VAR financial systems test environment
- Research new products and upgrades as directed by the Director of Business Systems Compliance
- Ensure proper controls are in place for the financial systems
- Assist Director of Business Systems Compliance with financial systems integrations into other business systems
- Maintain historical financial systems records access
Report writing Support
- Support standardized financial reports (Territorial Headquarters and Commands)
- Secondary support for report writer tool and escalation to vendor
Help Desk Support
- Provide initial financial system troubleshooting and help desk support
- Coordinate with THQ IT single sign-on support for financial system users
- Provide support for POS system transactions and data including payment processor troubleshooting
- Provide support for financial system integration into Trade Central websites
Third-Party Vendor Integrations with Financial Systems
- Provide System Admin support for ADP integrations
- Provide System Admin support for Kroc Systems
- Provide System Admin support for Trade Central Websites
- Provide System Admin support for CRM integrations
- Provide System Admin support for payment processing solutions
Training
- Create financial systems training documents.
- Create report writer training documents
- Provide access to training documents
- Ensure training documents are relevant and up to date
- Assist in training TSA personnel on financial systems
- Oversee the Sharepoint repository of training materials
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience
Five+ years’ experience in business systems support
Four+ years’ system administration experience, preferably with Acumatica
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Strong knowledge of financial system administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Team player with emphasis on customer service
- Ability to speak and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, beneficiaries and customers and to perform the requirements of this job
