Position: Senior Systems Administrator

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000+ depending on experience

Location: Remote - Eastern Time work hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure the integrity and performance of operating systems and computer networks, keeping systems running smoothly.
• Perform routine maintenance like backups, file recovery, patching, and system upgrades to keep our tech infrastructure secure and up to date.
• Configure software and solve technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and track IT equipment while maintaining and optimizing our Active Directory environment.
• Build and implement Group Policies in AD to implement security policies.
• Oversee email, anti-virus, virtual hosting, software deployment, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions.
• Manage and configure advanced infrastructure solutions, including Azure, O365, telephony, and more.
• Enforce and uphold infosec policies to protect company data and systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a related computer field is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, or similar.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Expertise in the installation, configuration, and repair of Servers, Workstations, and Laptops.
• Skilled in Active Directory administration and configuration, and DNS/DHCP/TCIP setup.
• Solid experience with email systems, antivirus, virtual servers, patching, software deployment, SAN/NAS, firewalls, and backup administration.
• Experience with Azure, O365, telephony design and administration.
• Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure configuration and management.
