Job summary

CLA is hiring Engagement Directors for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) to provide interim and project-based accounting support for clients, often with revenues over $50M. Roles include interim controller, financial reporting manager, internal audit manager, and related duties across industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant work experience including public accounting.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles.
• Design and improve accounting processes such as monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
• Travel opportunities; engage in a variety of engagements and maintain work-life balance.
