Job summary

CLA is seeking Engagement Directors for Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) to provide interim and project-based accounting support for large clients. You’ll lead engagements across accounting, finance, tax, and audit, designing close processes and reporting while actively delivering client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; combinations of experience and training may be considered.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, public accounting preferred.
• Experience as CFO/Controller/SEC reporting or internal audit manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries.
• Design and improve monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidations.
• Take an active, hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
• Travel opportunities available based on engagement needs.
