CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm offering focused, flexible accounting support through CAAS. Engagement Directors provide interim and project-based services, from interim controllers to financial reporting managers, across industries.

You will design and improve monthly closes, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations, while actively delivering client-focused accounting solutions. Travel opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Formación

• 8 years relevant work experience including public accounting (10+ years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. Mastery in Excel and accounting software; CPA preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles (Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc.).
• Design/improve accounting processes such as monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
• Travel as needed to support engagements and opportunities.
• Select and manage engagements to balance career and life objectives.
