Job summary

Vorst Paving in Ohio is seeking a data entry clerk to transfer data from paper, emails, pictures, and other sources into databases and spreadsheets. You will create and maintain large spreadsheets with accuracy.

You will handle payroll data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations, while backing up data and coordinating with vendors and customers. Must have strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associates degree preferred.
• One year of data entry, payroll, or A/R/A/P experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, payroll software; QuickBooks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and route calls.
• Transfer data from paper, text, pictures, and emails into databases.
• Enter payroll data and verify using Teletrac/Director or GPS.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets on Google Drive and Excel.
• Process invoices, enter bills, and pay invoices.
• Reconcile transactions by matching receipts and statements.
